Mr. Halloweenster teaches children, age 3-7 years, that the best part of Halloween comes from their creativity and imagination, especially when they're making Halloween decorations, telling Halloween stories, wearing their costumes, and being silly while marching in a Halloween parade or trick-or-treating.
